I’m Sara, founder of AMRON HR, a strategic HR consultancy supporting tech start-ups and growing SMEs through periods of growth, change and investment.


I work with founders and leadership teams who need experienced, commercially-focused HR support but don’t yet need a full-time HR Director.
With over a decade of experience across high-growth, PE-backed and scaling businesses, I specialise in helping organisations put the right people, structure and leadership foundations in place as they grow.
My background spans strategic HR leadership, organisational design, M&A and integration support, and building people strategies that enable businesses to scale without creating unnecessary complexity.

I’m based between Manchester and South Wales and work with clients across the UK, both remotely and on-site where needed.
As a solo consultant, clients work directly with me, giving them consistent, senior-level support and a trusted partner who understands their business and stays close to the detail.
